The Spokey FORM PLUS set consists of 2 loads of the same weight. Thanks to this, you can exercise by fastening them on two ankles or increase the intensity by translating both into one. Velcro fastening enables comfortable and stable fastening during exercise. Thanks to the use of polyester, the loads are flexible enough to easily adapt to the shape of the ankle joint. What's more, thanks to the well-thought-out design, they can also be used to strengthen the forearms.
Available in the PLUS version (made of polyester) in two weights (3 or 5 kg) and in the neoprene version with 4 additional weights (from 0,5 to 2 kg), you can easily choose the load optimally suited to your training goals. For easier weight recognition, each has a different, energetic color:
