9-ply Chinese maple – durability and flex

The ASTRO skateboard deck is made of 9 layers of Chinese maple, providing the right balance of stiffness, flexibility, and resistance to everyday use. This construction supports stable and comfortable recreational riding while maintaining good board control on paved surfaces.

5” aluminum trucks – stable handling

Control and maneuverability are ensured by 5-inch Seagull Aluminum trucks made from a lightweight aluminum alloy. Cushions with a hardness of 92A make turning easier and allow the board to respond smoothly to the rider’s movements. This setup promotes stability and comfort, especially for beginner and intermediate riders.

PU wheels and ABEC-3 bearings – smooth ride

The skateboard is equipped with polyurethane (PU) wheels with a hardness of 92A and dimensions of 52 × 36 mm, offering a good balance between grip and speed. Combined with ABEC-3 bearings, they ensure smooth wheel rotation and comfortable riding on asphalt, sidewalks, or in a skatepark.

Double Kick shape and anti-slip surface

The ASTRO deck features a classic Double Kick shape, with a slightly raised nose and tail that support smooth recreational riding and easier maneuvering. The anti-slip surface on the upper part of the deck improves shoe grip, helping maintain a stable foot position and increasing control over the board while riding.
